In this class you will learn the basic to advance skills of boxing. This class is great for stamina and endurance as well as building a strong core. There will be different levels of the class which will lead to sparring. Advanced levels are optional. 

Muay Thai/ Kickboxing

This will combine punching kicking knees and elbow strikes. You will learn effective striking while conditioning your body. This is not your normal kickboxing class. 

Bootcamp Xtreme

A focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, calisthenics, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. It will be a bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity providing a killer workout.
